The Humford Development Group entered the real estate market in Pennsylvania in 1970 and was prominently involved in the development and management of properties in Center City Wilkes-Barre following the Hurricane Agnes flood disaster of 1972.

Humford now owns and manages some of the finest real estate in Northeastern Pennsylvania, including but not limited to neighborhood shopping centers, office buildings, medical facilities, branch banks and a housing development.
