Attached is a map of the Willow View Development indicating lots available in Phase II, III, and the new Phase IV-A. All lots for sale includes public water and sewer, cable, electric, and gas. Also enclosed is a current price list, the set back requirements, and a brief outline of the Covenants and Deed Restrictions.
